INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
We believe that you have given enough care to the selection of products on our e-shop and that you are now completely satisfied and enjoying the beautiful design. However, if for any reason you feel that this is not true love, don't despair.
You can return the purchased products within 14 days from the delivery of the order. If the returned goods are undamaged, unused, clean, complete and preferably in the original packaging, then please deliver them to us at the address:

Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in the form of a clear statement - e.g. by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to our address Monobrand s.r.o., Sokolovska 409/120, 186 00 Prague - Karlín.
Please fill out the attached sample withdrawal form to withdraw from the contract.
Monobrand is entitled to review the returned goods within 4 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the customer, in particular to determine whether the returned goods are not damaged, worn or partially consumed. Within10 days from the expiry of the period for reviewing the condition of the goods, Monobrand is obliged to refund the purchase price if the returned goods are in good condition. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer. Monobrand is not obliged to refund the purchase price if the buyer does not return the ordered and delivered goods in connection with the withdrawal from the contract.
In this case, Monobrand will not accept shipments marked as cash on delivery.
However, you cannot withdraw from the contract, among other things, in the case of goods that have been modified according to your wishes or for your needs.
If you have found that the delivered goods do not suit you, we will gladly exchange them for you. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Fill out the form for exchange of goods and let us know what and for what you want to exchange. Send the goods in the original packaging and well packed. Attach a copy of the invoice and a printed, completed form. Send the goods with the specified documents to our address. Send the shipment by registered mail. Do not send goods on cash on delivery, we will not accept packages with cash on delivery. It is not possible to exchange used or damaged goods.

CLAIMS DUE TO DAMAGE TO GOODS DURING TRANSPORT
When choosing the goods, please carefully select the shipment to ensure that the packaging is not broken or damaged. If the shipment is obviously damaged, do not accept the shipment.
If the goods are damaged, even if the packaging was intact, please contact us immediately (within 2 working days) on the phone number +420 601 323 856, where we will discuss the following procedure together.
At the same time, please take photo documentation of the goods and packaging. Also keep the packaging with all the fillings for a later assessment of the validity of the claim.
COMPLAINTS DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD
The goods have a minimum warranty period of 24 months (unless a longer warranty period is indicated on the invoice) and applies to manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the day the shipment is received.
Send the claimed goods together with the completed advertising form in a suitable (preferably original) packaging to our address Monobrand s.r.o.
Sokolovská 409/120, 186 00 Prague 8. Send the shipment as a business package or by registered mail. Keep the delivery slip as proof of shipment.
Do not send parcels cash on delivery, we do not accept parcels sent in this way.
